Sneak Peek - Teikei Scarf

I'm currently knitting this scarf - I won the pattern in Kirsten's give-away.

Knitting has taken up a bit of my time of late, but I'm really enjoying it.   Only really knit during work lunch hours or at night, so it's taking a little while.  Also, the fact that I had to get used to knitting with stainless steel.  Felt at first like I was knitting with spider's web, but once I introduced the merino wool, it was easier but still slow to knit  - I really do love the look and feel of these yarns.

Purchased the yarn at Dairing - love that place.

Avril silk/stainless steel and Habu N-75 (2/48) Merino wool

Chose navy/grey combination.  Better hurry or else winter will be over before I finish.

  2. Knitting with spider's web. What a fun description, though I imagine it was a challenging task. Good luck, and can't wait to see the finished scarf!
